TECH APPRAISAL:
- Item in good used condition. Beautiful example of a traditional English made saddlebag. Made in Epson by C.T.Osborn "The Chossy" bags were made between the 1930`s to the 1990`s. This example is a round saddlebag made from tough fabric backed Vinyl Closed by buckles and fixed to the bike via 3 leather straps. Given the style and material I would say this comes from the 1960`s to 1970`s period
